1968 Lotus Elan SE SS Vin# 457487

British Racing Green with black interior

Rare SS "Super Safety" model which was equipped with the Weber head engine and Series 3 tail lights, but came from the factory with rocker switches on the dash instead of toggle switches and also had the non-eared wheel knock offs. It also came with the side marker
reflectors from the factory, hence "Super Safety"

Weber head just rebuilt with new valves by Twin Cam Sports cars of Sarasota, Fl

Engine runs well with good compression and oil pressure

Older paint job, could use paint

New tires, new knock off wheel nuts, and wheel nut removal tool

Uprated "Sprint" type rotoflex couplings

Black vinyl tonneau cover in good condition

Redline air filters, (not installed)

Comes with a good replacement wood dash

Runs and drives but needs restoration
